In a blogosphere where a conservative can pretend that he has been mistreated by police or mischievous "lefty bloggers" and raise a ton of money overnight, the left wing blogosphere just became aware of Shuler's
arrest and apparent mistreatment by Alabama police Friday morning, more
than a full day after Shuler was dragged from his home and thrown into a
police car.

Thats not it. Its my to my understanding that he is being held without bond.
You are correct tania, Rodger Shuler is being held without bond in the United States of AmeriBama. The question is why?
